THE PROCESS:

Step 1:	Call our office at 483-6550 for an in-home consultation. A qualified Assessment Manager will make an appointment to visit and prepare a quote. You can also use our convenient ON-LINE ASSESSMENT FORM....click here
Step 2:	Together, we determine how much help is required and how often by making a list of the day-to-day tasks which will require our assistance.
Step 3:	A schedule will be arranged with one of our Care Givers, that we feel you will be most compatible with, to provide you individualized, personal attention and service.
Step 4:	After the Care Giver has been placed in your home, a member of our Management Staff will follow-up on an on-going basis.
